SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping!

WE OFFER FREE SAME-DAY SHIPPING!

All orders qualify for FREE First Class shipping on all orders and FREE Priority Mail on order over $200 USD. Your order must be placed before 2pm PST Monday-Saturday.  These cutoffs are limits imposted on us by the carriers.  Requests for shipments after the cutoff cannot be accommodated because of our courier.  As we work with couriers to move these times to later in the day, we will also in turn offer later cutoff times.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

  • All orders are shipped same-day when placed before our cut-off time.

  • We cannot guarantee same-day shipment or next-day delivery on orders placed after the cutoff.

  • Carrier Does not Guarantee delivery times.  Please refer to carriers FAQ page to view their policies on delivery time:

  • 'Saturday Delivery' must be selected if you are wanting a weekend delivery, otherwise your order will be delivered next-business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within at least thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange.

Bula.MX does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.)  All orders are thoroughly inspected at Bula.MX and adequately packed before shipment.

Bula.MX does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer.  Bula.MX does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer. 

NOTICE:  All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund.  All Bula.MX products are packaged in heat sealed zip-locks.  This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund.  Bula.MX reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Bula.MX requires a return of the original product.  While we do not require that a product returned for store credit be in unopened and untampered condition, we do reserve the right to refuse return requests.  Bula.MX also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspection of any returned merchandise.  Bula.MX will not reship a returned item for any reason.
